NO WAY..I just do not see any of them as Alec he was much younger. They need to dig a little deeper..these guys are just not going to cut it!
What about the kid who played in the Harry Potter movies who had the camera – I forget his name… but he is young and blonde…

NONE OF THEM! GAH! We need an unknown Italian actors it would make the movie much more interesting and if they put Dakota in there it will just screw up the next three movies! NO on all the boys and on Dakota

None of them strike me as Alec. He was much younger than any of these guys. The book perfectly describes Alec and Jane for the fact that they were almost too young to change but that the Volturi couldn’t wait. anyways none of them for me.
I reallly hate the the fact that they would think of putting one of them as Alec… EEK!

hmm someone younger.. Like idk some blonde kid because Dakota fanning is playing Jane and theya re brother and sister in the movie… maybe one of the sprouse kids.. probley not but you know.. just thinking off the top of my head.
I don’t think none of them should play the part especially Lucas no offense to him but I dn’t think he could bring that carachter to life. I think maybe one of the Sprouse kids could work..get them outta of the disney genre and see what they can do. They were good in Big Daddy..lol Or I was thinking that blonde kid from The Mist Nathan Gamble he so looks the part..I d k….but I just don’t think none of them would work.

i totally agree it should be an unknown actor. or at least not well known. that would be interesting if they got actual twins to play Alec and jane. talented twins. talent is key. but i believe that Kristin Chenowith (who plays Olive in ‘Pushing Daisies’) would be perfect for Jane!

Alec is part of the Volturi guard. He was chosen for his gift to make people momentarily blank out. Bella is obviously an exception to his gift. His is also the twin brother of Jane. She is also part of the Volturi guard.

i could picture the top RIGHT corner guy to play Alec. i pictured Alec as a brunette or dirty blonde tho. and yes, alott younger tho, 17, like Edward possibly.
i just wanna let everyone know that the guy they say is lucas grabeel, actually is some random guy cause lucas looks nothing like that! but i don’t think any of them look the part
Is Lucas Grabeel the kid in High school musical? That is the guy on the link when you click on the artical. I could see him in the part if he can act. I’m not sure. I think Dakota Fanning is perfect for the Jane roll though!!
The one who plays Alec should be almost as young as the one who plays Jane, none fit the part!
If i were to choose one of these four, I would’ve picked the guy who plays Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter. I mean, we all already see him as “the bad guy” from Harry Potter. i would not have a problem having him play Alec. I think he would do a great job.

Ok….I wouldn’t choose any of them, but if I did, it would be the dude in the top right because if Dakota Fanning was playing Jane, Alecs twin, they would have to look kinda alike.
i think tom felton should play alec because hes talented,sweet,and funny and he’d rock the volturi with dakota fanning i know i will watch the movie 100 times if he’s in it i know no one cares about what i think but you should consider it thanx

Skandar Keynes would be excellent! They both have the same slim face and features and he has the exact description as Stephanie Meyers describes Alec in the book. Dark hair, thin lips but just as beautiful.
