Well I don’t think the interview went too bad…I mean she stuttered quite a bit but it was cute…I think Letterman was just being an old grumpy man =/
I agree, she was just a little nervous! It’s not likes she did anything that was absolutely terrible!
i dont think it was that bad either. i mean yeaa she stuttered but im kinda starting to think thats just how she talks. she did it a lot in twilight, which may just be acting but shes pretty much the same in all her interviews! i hate it how people criticize kristen, letterman is probably just jealous he didnt get to act with rob pattinson lol!

no , your right..s he didn’t do htat badin the interview..but she could’ve done better..heck..how would YOU be on the letterman show? and so what if shes undereducated?. she has enouh money that if she wanted, shed never have to work again…if she wants to go to school… she can do it onher own time..we wouldn’t want her to be to worn out for the up coming twilight movies now would we, and honestly, if i were in her shoes,..i would be doing the sam thing…she seems like a really interesting individual.

she studders a lot in the interview but isnt that way we all love her!? i mean her and rob are like the exact same way, they both studder when there nervous or something!!! i TOTALLY agree with alexis all the way! we all love you kristen! i cant wait for her in new moon!!!

i watched kristens interview again and man, she and rob are a lot alike when it comes to interviews cause she plays with her hair just like rob, she crosses her legs just like he does i mean, the list could go on and on! why cant they just be together!!! there sooooooo right for each other! o and i just watched paris hiltons interview and man, that was funny when she talked about her time in jail!

I can tell by her body language, she picks at her nails and looks down a lot and she studders. She was nervous and a lot of the time she doesnt know what to say. I mean , im not trying to be mean i would be nervous for an interview! Yeah i luv her tho shes an amazing actress

i read online personaly that she isn’t good at interviews at all, and she admits that. i for one, really like kristen no matter what, and even though she stuttered, i actaully stink at interviews too, so who cares? kristen is really mature for her age (thats what all her co-stars said) and thats why she doesn’t smile much. i am compared to her a lot, and i like her a lot, so i’m ALL FOR KRISTEN!
i think he was a bit of a twat to her actually, i have no idea who he is, probs because I live in england, but yeah. I mean fgs, she’s clearly not the greeatest in interviews so give her a god damn break, geez.

I think her biggest problem is that she gets nervous and uncomfortable during interviews. It’s like she doesn’t know how to relax. She has a hard time explaining herself and she plays with her hands a lot. BUT- all that aside, I really love her!
I don’t think the interview ended up on this list because of something that Kristen did or said or not said…
I mean Letterman almost talked about himself all the time, that’s hardly a good thing for a presenter… I didn’t hear a decent question throughout the whole interview xD
I think that’s the way she talks, too. She just seemed nervous, which is no big deal. I think she was acting a lot like she was in the movie, actually. Still, I think she’s a good actress, and the interview wasn’t disastrous.
i will prob get lot of flak but kristen stewart and the character of bella are two of my least fave things in regards to twilight. i just caught a movie, The Messengers, the other day…her acting is the same. she acts the same way she speaks in normal life…i don’t know if that’s quite acting.
As I watch this interview…I think that there is no reason that this should be included in Time’s Top 10 Disastrous Letterman interviews. She’s a kid…and nervous…but I thought she did extremely well.
Now, bad interviews? How about Joaquin Phoenix????
Ugh, Letterman makes they joke about London or Berlin, trying to make her look stupid and they point it out as a reason she did a bad interview.
Letterman or Time hasn’t heard of this little thing called the chunnel. You CAN drive from London to Russia. You can drive your car right onto the train and ride it under the English Channel.
Well um she really did look retarted. i mean she looked so paila nd it looks like as if she was fake laughing all the time. also it looks like if she did not no what to say and also she never even sdaw the camera.
what was she thinking. i really dont like the waay she came out.:(

Omg, she is getting on my nerves. She is too fidgety, plays with her hands a lot, and swings her legs too much. Just be still already. Plus I think she gets side track, with the people in the audience, she forgets what shes saying, and starts not to make sense. Dang. Like her on Twilight. Not so much in real life.
