Solomon will not be playing Sam in New Moon

According to Solomon Trimble’s myspace page he will not be playing Sam Uley in “New Moon”.
This is what his myspace page said:
“My agent heard from Summit Entertainment today that I will not be reprising the role of Sam in “New Moon.” While I will cherish the experience of being involved in the first film, I am looking forward to many new opportunities in the future and would like to thank everyone for their support”

maybe his agent was disappointed because he barely had a line in the twilight, but base on the book “New Moon” this could have been the chance for him to shine since he has a fairly good exposure in this series. . .tsk, tsk, tsk big mistake. . .
come to think of it, he did not play sam ulley in twilight, if you have to read the book, it says there that the one who utter the line “the cullens don’t come here” is supposed to be sam ulley. . .meaning, he did not even have a single line he could be quil or ember who again, would have a good exposure in “New Moon”
That’s true alice, but still it’s sad.

Solomon was put on record saying he would be honored to play Sam again. And Having talked with him a time or two before filming I know he was cast for the character of Sam. Really Alice you might want to look a little more into your facts. Oh and They probably didn’t re-cast him because of his height. Sorry to say but the kid is short in real life.
