4TNZ posted this cool video of what happens when Buffy the Vampire Slayer meets Edward Cullen. I love Buffy it’s one of my favorite shows. Whoever made this video is creative and took a lot of time and work to put it together and I think they did an awesome job.

I never liked Buffy. the whole show seems pretty overrated to me. I mean, Holy Water? Wooden stake? Who wrote the screenplay for this stupid show? A twelve year old? that’s actually one of the reasons why I didn’t and hesitated to read Twilight, because of vampires. I still think that vampires are overrated, but I fell in LOVE with the vamps in Twilight–even the evil ones. It’s nice to see someone think outside the box.

Sweet. Buffy just killed Edward. What do you expect. Buffy has a reputation of killing hot vamps or sending them to other dimensions to save the world( Angel when he turned evil). I am a huge fan of Buffy and Twilight. It’s nice to know how Buffy would respond to Edward. Awesome job.Team Buffy rocks. But so does Team Edward and Jacob! It’s all in fun.

thanks leandra, but buffy’s not my type of thing. I saw one episode when i was about eleven years old and I was like, “What the F**k is this crap?!”. And I’m not saying that the people that happen to like this show are stupid, I’m just saying that the overall show is stupid. and of course it’s overrated! didn’t you read what I said in my other post? I said it was nice that Steph thought outside the box so of course 90% of all that vampire crap is going to contain holy water and wooden stakes. But we’re not in the era of “The Munsters” anymore. that kind of thing gets old with time. Sorry if I offended you in anyway.

How old are you now? You should give Buffy another chance it’s an extremely witty show. You can’t really get the whole picture with one episode.
I’m sure I’m quite a bit older than you and I like my vampires alot and I own some of the stupidest vampire movies alive I can guarantee ya and Buffy is up there with my favorites.
The show is not just vampires either. There are witches, werewolves, demons, Ghosts, robots and all sorts of weird things. Something for everyone’s tastes. And like the whole Twilight scenario there is the whole forbidden love story of Buffy and Angel which is heartbreaking at times.
So Georgie give it another chance you might be surprised.
And don’t worry you in no way offended me I can just get a bit passionate when it comes to my Buffy LOL!!!

wow this clip was fantastic …. I love Buffy I watched every episode and nearly died when it was over !!!! Then I get into Twilight and wow I’ve got my Vamps back … yeah Buffy is very cornie at times but the storys were always good … Twilight is a break from the norm not the usal stakes and things … but that has its cornie moment …lol ( when emmet says in the garage “we’ll rip him apart and burn his body ” his stance is so cornie …lol Im definatley team Cullen ( Bella is sooooooooooooooo hot )

This was done EXTREMELY well!! I absolutely LOVE Buffy!!!!! Buffy and Xena are my two favorite shows of all time!!! Buffy is written so well and very original! They really took the vampire mythology beyond the typical story. There was never a Slayer in the original mythology. So that was new. And then the Buffy/Angel relationship. And Buffy being in high school. It was very groundbreaking!! I cried when Angel showed up to Buffy’s prom (Season 3) when he said he wouldn’t, and Wild Horses was playing, and she looked up to find Angel standing there just as the song sang “And wild wild horses couldn’t drag me away”- I burst out crying!! And I’m crying again just thinking about it!! God I’m sucker for well-placed music!
Anyway, yeah she killed Edward. But she’s the Slayer! That’s what she does! Luckily Slayers don’t exist in Stephenie’s vampire world! The mythology is so different between Buffy and Twilight, its like apples to oranges, you really can’t compare the two.
I do wish they would’ve showed Buffy reacting to Edward sparkling
