EW got the exclusive on the cover image of the New Moon movie tie-in book. It comes with an exclusive poster.
I think it’s pretty sweet.

I love that cover soooo much! I agree with MissMary,it’s waaaayyyy better than the movie poster. I love how Jacob’s totally hugging Bella but Bella is kind of uncomfortable. I also like that Edward is on the moon.:)
personally i’m not a jacob fan (don’t hate) but this cover is awesome!!!! it shows how edward was always in the back of her mind, the pain of not wanting to be with jacob but settling for him and the protective side of jacob. i think they did an awesome job and this should have been the movie poster! oh and side note, did you read the hate that spewed out of people’s mouth about this??? i had to laugh pretty hard

Its so much different than the first one. It kinda reminds me of a romance novel with fabio on the cover.

its the same book they are just re releasing it because of the movie and they are using a more detailed picture just like they did with Twilight

This really should be used for the poster, but I also like the other one, too. It’s amazing because you get to see Jacob and Bella’s relationship in the way it was expressed in New Moon and Eclipse. Also, Bella looks somewhat insecure about it, so you can still see she has a relationship with Edward.
I LOVED THE MOVIE POSTERS COLORING AND INTENSITY, BUT I HAVE TO SAY(EVEN THO I AM TOTALLY TEAM EDWARD) THAT THIS ONE SHOULD B THE MOVIE POSTER!!! MAINLY BC IT SAYS IT ALL! JUST FROM LOOKING AT IT U CAN TELL THAT EDWARDS ROLL IS SMALL IN NEW MOON, AND JACOB AND BELLAS RELATIONSHIP IS CENTER IN NEW MOON. AND EDWARD IS SAD, AND ALWAYS IN THE BACKGROUND!…EVEN THO I LOVED THE MOVIE POSTER(AND HOW YUMMY EDWARD LOOKS IN IT) I ALWAYS WONDERED Y HE IS IN FRONT!? its a nice cover but i think its alittle too intimate yes Jacob/Bella relationship grows from this point but at the end of the day this story is about Edward and Bella and i think its kinda pointless to push Jacob/Bella as much as they are giving their fans false hope
I LOVE IT!!! & I agree with the ppl that said this should be the movie poster! Jacob is front and center [[and yummy lol]] holding bella who looks uncomfortable [[pulling away with one arm but holding on to him with the other]]. Then Edward in the back in the moon, with the wolf pack in the background. The hate from some of the Team Edward fans were horrible. Not all tho, I saw some that realized it really symbolized New Moon well. I had leave a comment there.

Amd yea I totally agree that this cover says it all. Jacob’s not more important than Edward but New Moon was all about Jacob…which is why it wasn’t my fav book (though i Taylor makes me like Jacob a lil more) and I had to force myself to read through to get to Edward parts in the book (ha ha)but yea this cover is PERFECT for the book!

I’m just OBSESSED with Jacob and i love this cover to death. It really shows how Bella and Jacob begin to come closer but and how Edward is still important. I have New Moon already but of course i’m getting it again! I love it! And why are some Team Edward people so mean(they just don’t get it)haha

Wow! I’m deffinately Team Edward, but this cover says it all! My first thoughts (like most everybody else it seems) was that it should have been the first movie poster!!! It’s kind of wierd how other Team Edward members are acting towards it! First of all, if they are really Team Edward, they’ve obviously read the books, and know what happens in New Moon. Jacob tries so hard to hold onto Bella, but she resists the whole time, but considers him after she thinks Edward is gone for good. When I look at the cover, that is 100% what I see. I really LOVE the cover!!! It goes perfect with the story!
idk i like it..but im not a fan of jacob at all. i think it looks pretty good though. if only it wasnt jacob holding onto bella. but edward holding onto her instead..yea i kno he aint in the book much but still it could be like atthe ending.like hes trying to protect bella from volturi or werewolves. idk. i cant wait for the rest of the posters to come out.. i really hope theres at least ONE where edward is holding onto bella and the cullens have to be on a poster to. well i hope so
