Twilight Spin-Offs?
Cinema Blend has an article discussing the possibility of Twilight spin-off movies after the original 4 are complete. This is all speculation of course off of one comment made by the producers in an interview. The article ask the possibility of What if? and would there be a demand. Read the entire article here.

Personally I would like a movie based on the Volturi or the wolf pack origins.

I wouldnt mind seeing a wolf pack spin off
Uhh I don’t know how I would feel about that… Of course I love anything twilight, so I would watch it, but a spin off? Really? I don’t know how it could possibly compete with the movies. It seems a little odd to me. If the 3 remaining movies do as good as the first, I see no reason for a spin-off, it might ruin it.
i don’t want a spin off . i think they should just stay with the 4 movies because the stephenie’s vision of the movies are in the books an d i personaly think the movie won’t be as good considerigng some one else will be writing the story . unless stephenie makes more books (whichi pray and hope she will someday ) i don’t think i will see them

I don’t know if I would watch. I don’t think they would be as good as the originals. Besides I think breaking dawn ended perfectly. Anything after might just ruin it movie wise.

Im with Leandra, spin off around the Volturi and wolf pack.
I wish Stephanie would write novels more around the Volturi, Wolfpack, more on how they came to be and of course I wish she would continue and write about Renesme’s life. I think there are so many things she could continue to write on, guess we just need to keep our fingers crossed that MAYBE she will bless us with more!!!
In a way a spin off would be good, but in others not so much. I would love to know what happens in Renesmee’s life, but the original cast wouldn’t do them, so it would suck. i didn’t want the series to end, but i wouldn’t watch some crap that they came up with just to please the fan base, and to earn more money us. if it goes with the oringinal story, then fine, but don’t do it for the wrong reasons. Stephanie’s mind is unique, so i don’t think that anyone should try to come up with stuff,and try to pass it off as Twilight stuff. there is only one story of the characters in my head as far as i am concerned.
i think it all depends how they go about it. It would be interesting to see a jacob and renesme spin off. to see how their lifes go, or the cullens before they met bella.
heres something to think about though, what if they don’t use the same actors. how do we feel about that.

To answer another’s question. A spin off is a show, after the show. For example. After “Friends” one of the characters did the tv show “Joey”. That is a spin off. He kept the same character in a different show.
I would love it. They would have to keep the same characters as the original movie and I don’t see that happening. Poor Rob is going to have a heart attack already with all the screaming girls and attention he’s getting.
I’d love to see one of Renessmee all ground up and her relationship whit Jacob…
It just kills me not to know how things develop there!!!
Does anyone else feel sorry for Rob? I read that article about him missing London. I’ve been on this paparazzi web site that shows him in New York filming “Remember Me”. When he’s taking a break he looks so sad. I feel sorry for him because I honestly don’t think he had any idea the amount of fame he would have from “Twilight”. I guess it’s the price you pay for being a movie star. He lost all his privacy and he is probably thinking that people only want to be his friend because of the movies. That is the reason why he will probably not do a Spin Off. I would love to see how things turn out years later. They could do so much with so many of the characters.
I would love to see the story between Jacob and Renesmée with Bella and Robert off curse! Talking about Rob is there someone out there in NY woo can make a letter and tell him to take care of him we don’t want him sick!!!!!!

yea i think dey should do a spin but not about tha wolf pack but about ewards point of view like midnight sun but i dont kno how stepehine might feel about i would watch anything twilight of coures
i dont think they should unless stephenie wrote a book about them because they wouldnt have anything to base the movies off of

well i heard stephenie meyer will first midnight sun when everyone stops talking about it… so i hope they make a movie about that since it is edward point of view… but i dont know if i want a spin off but i think we need to know about nessie and her life so mybe that might be a good spin off
i think they should just leave well enough alone i think theres way too many prequels sequels and spinoffs in the movie industry as it is and most of them suck
i dont know twilight being on tv it woul dnot have that soame movie vibe and plus and i dont see the stars of twilight as tv stars and it just better as a movie then tv i like it the waty it was
a midnight sun spinoff would be out of the question because they already filmed twilight. if they did do it, they would have to get the original cast and scenes and recreate EVERYTHING in exact replicas that Catherine Hardwicke presented to us as the twilight movie. it wouldn’t do well. i would see it , but still, just saying…
I wold not like a spin off but I would like it if it was Midnight Sun or the sequels to that.
I think that if they were to do that it would be cool to do it as the Volturi. And I think even though they did Twilight if they did Midnight Sun it would still be a hit… maybe not as much as Twilight but I think all the true fans would still love it and would want to watch it! But on the downside, I doubt they would make Midnight Sun seeing as they would have to replicate everything… but I do think if they gave it a shot and tried hard enough they could do it… and obviously it wouldn’t be the same for example in Twilight when Edward first smelt Bellas blood and had to go leave to go drink from animals so he wasn’t thirsty they could show that instead and stuff like that to make the movie. I don’t know, I am just blabbing, but I still think it would be pretty sweet. But I also think the spin offs would not be as good as the movies of the books, but if you are a fan, like me and everyone on here and like everywhere it wouldn’t matter.

BECAUSE THE ONLY THING THATS GOING TO HAPPEN IS THERE GOING TO UPSET THE FANS.. SO MY VOTE IS NO!!! LEAVE TWILIGHT ALONE AFTER BREAKING DAWN!!! NO SPIN OFFS!!
that wouldnt be very bad if they stick with stephenies details. i think stephenie should branch off the books; like write a continuing story about jacobs and renesmees life together, or like leandra said, about the volturi or the wolf pack. if they do make some sort of film like that, they should still stick with stephenie so that she can help make it up and tweek anything they did wrong.

I would love to see a TV series where they could get into the characters more …. just can’t do them justice in two hours at a time and thats what I love about the books.
I think it should be done digitally (like the Beawolf Movie – where the characters look and move like real people even though you know they are digital ) then the characters or actors wouldn’t get old or change…
If you followed the books story line wouldn’t need a new twist for quite a while or as others have said do it like Midnight Sun from Edwards perspective ….

A spin off would be interesting as long as it involved the Cullens, after all Twilight is about Bella and Edward. And would Rob and Kristen want to do a TV series? I do think theres a lot more to this saga that hasnt been written yet, and hopefully, fingers crossed, Stephanie will complete the saga from Edwards world!
Of course, us fans in the UK would be forced to wait longer than the USA, as always!
A spin off is something you can consider after all these twilight movies… But then it should be with the original cast… Peter have said something about it in interview and that gave me an idea… why don’t they do a spin-off about Carlisle’s first years as a new born vampire… then you will get to know something more about the volturi, the wolfpack, his turning and learning to be a doctor etc…
And it would be nice to know how it would be like between nessie and jacob when she is a adult… but then you need the original cast to be authentic.. and it would be nice if the makers of these spin-offs will work together with Stephenie. Than we know for sure that it is something that she would aprove and we can trust
I also hope that Stephenie will write more for the Twilight Saga… but that’s something we will find out in time eventually …

If Stephenie Meyer writes the spinoffs and approves of the movies of said spinoffs, then yes, I would love to see them made. She would need to have complete control.
This could really get ugly people. The movie industry has a bad habit of screwing really great stories up. Look at Eragon of “the Inheritance” series. Very, very sad.
