Uh, yeah it came out over a year ago. I'm sure Summit is going to make this movie. This Saga is their money-maker. Although, they've surprised me many! time by casting some actors, keeping on this horrible screen writer, breaking contracts and so forth. If not, I hope WB picks it up. They do wonders with their movies and have a budget to work with. Just look at Harry Potter!
