I think the bus is just wrapped with art for promotional purposes. They wrap the buses in my town like that all the time.

I saw this yesturday on the corner of Big Horn and Elk Grove Blvd. I tried to turn around to follow it, but to many red lights got in my way.

DUDE!!! I SAW THAT BUS RIGHT BY MY HOUSE!!! I took like hundreds of pics of it, I thought it was for like some audition or somethin, i herd there having an audition for breaking dawn. I think thats what its for, and seriously, that will make one hell of a bus!!!!
