Sorry but I just look at when the story goes on or if it ever does, renesme will be older and will be with jacob. In breaking dawn, jacob doesnt see it that way at first, I think he is just her protector more than anything and would just do anything for her. Kinda like a big brother if ya look at it that way. So, yeah, its not that hard for me to choose.
I think Jacob and Renesmee are meant to be with each other! Like Jacob already explained, at first it’s like he’s a big brother, than a good friend and later on a lover. Couldn’t imagine someone better for cute Renesmee.

I orginally wanted Jacob with Leah, but yea I’m getting use to the idea of them being together down the road. I do like the fact he is like her guardian angel so to speak as she is young and then a friend, and perhaps something more if she so chooses, if not they will always remain the best of friends.

Does it really matter? Can you change the fact that, that’s how Stephanie Meyer wrote it?? It’s simple. No! And you can bet they’re gonna make the movie as close to the book as possible, so Jacob and Renesmee WILL be “together”. And again, it’s not like this can ever really happen, this is a fiction book. Get over it. You can’t change the way Stephanie wrote it.

It doesn’t bother me. Who am I to judge someone else’s love? Besides his affection isn’t even sexual, its “imprinting”, that’s different! Didn’t Quil or Embry imprint on 2yr old Claire in… New Moon? or was it Eclipse? I don’t remember. And also, Jacob won’t age because he’s around the Cullens, so its not like he’s going to be a cougar (I don’t know what the male form of a cougar would be called).
However, I do wish, Stephenie would continue writing! I would love to read about Jacob and Renesmee’s blossoming love, perhaps from Renesmee’s perspective!! And she could continue the saga on through Renesmee’s point of view and write four more Twilight books! I would be so happy

MY OPINION.
I think they are good for each other because Jacob can finally leave Bella alone so she can be happy with Edward. Jacob deserves to be happy with someone.

Its weird and makes Jacob seem like a pedo. I understand that Nessie will get older and Jacob will age slower and all that jazz, but until then its creepy weird.

They so belong together from the very start.Jacob only liked bella cause renesmee’s egg was in her,and when she finally came out jake imprinted on her.Besides he’s only what a couple years older than her, Edwards like a century older than Bella.Come on they belong together and you know it.

edward is a like a century older than bella.. but he is forever 17 .. so technically, they’re both the same age..

Jacob being with Renesmee sounds so nasty. For Jacob to look at a baby/child in that way so possessively and planning to be with her in romantic ways when she is older is disgusting. He comes off as an obscene pedophile. Always touching her, holding and she even sleeps in his arms if not in Rosalie’s arms. I never did read where Edward held Renesmee while she was sleeping during the night and he’s the father.
i think theyre perfect together. i mean, i thought it was strange and confusing too, at first. even though Jake doesnt see Nessie that way yet, Bella tells him that its gonna happen eventually…and then he just shoved it away. right now theyre just big brother and little sister. i think its kinda cute. and i would LOVE to see stephenie branch out on the books telling about nessie and jake together. clearly shes not gonna say anything about bella and edward cuz she made it clear in BD that is was the end with saying THE END.
@ me i do not think Jacob was really in love with Bella but it was Renesmee that held Jacob to Bella. Jacob explained it to Bella that from the beginning that it was Renesmee. In BD i think the chapter is Surprise my friend has my book so i am not sure. Also read Imprint again if he love Bella he would have imprinter on on her not Renesmee.

I LOVE THAT THEY’RE TOGETHER AND HE DESERVES TO BE LOVED, AND NONE OF THE WOLVES COULD KILL HER CAUSE OF JAKE WHICH I LOVED CAUSE I COULDN’T HANDLE IF THAT WERE TO HAPPEN. AND I AGREE WITH SOME OF THE OTHERS THAT I WISH SHE WOULD DO A JAKE AND NESSIE BOOK SERIES FROM HER P.O.V. SO WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WITH THEM.

Jess, I agree with you about Jacob ending up with Leah. Leah doesn’t like Bella because she is jealous of how Jake feels about her. Leah wants Jacob for herself. She is very protective of Jacob. He has feelings for Leah also but he doesn’t realize it yet. I mean he even risk getting killed by one of the young vampires to save her. And Renesmee who is half-vampire, half-human might end up with Nahuel half-vampire, half-human.
i wonder about those bothered by Jacob & Renesmee. Edward is 104 & Bella is 17. if that doesn’t bother you, why should Jacob & Renesmee bother you? they will age differently & Jacob’s actions will be approprate to her age.
i thought it would be weird at first but now that i think about it and read everyone elses comments i think that renesmee and jacob should be together. as said they were made for each other. i think it will be interesting to see how this love story will come about. keep writing sm also i am twilights official #1 fan
