Song is bad as is singers voice. Don’t think New Moon Soundtrack will be anywhere near as good as Twilights was.
Hmm…this one might take a while to grow on me. Maybe I’ll like it better once I actually hear it in the movie.
i actually like it(: it is better that the death cab for cutie song…(i wish it was better like decoded)
I kinda like it. It sounds sad. I could imagine this song playing after Edward leaves. Once I see the song with the scene, I’m sure I’ll like it better. It’ll grow on me like all the other Twilight songs.
this song is very pretty. it has that sort of twilight-ish feel to it that i think would work 4 new moon. i dont know how to explain it, but i feel like it’ll work out
same here, friend. it might take a while, but eventually it’ll grow on me…
I’m actually curious to see what part of the song will be played in the movie. It could just be a few notes, really. I agree with the majority so far…it will take some getting used to, but its ok.
honestly, i cant stand her voice(as of now)!
but the guitar, and lyrics rock!
im also wondering where this song will take place in the film…wait and c:/
i could do without the waiting, lol.
LOVE IT!! Her voice is so pretty and cute, the song is very tranquil. She did a song for Grey’s Anatomy a couple seasons ago that I really liked and I was introduced to her that way, its “Move You” on her Myspace playlist. She’s definitely not mainstream.
I think the song may be used right after Edward leaves, and she’s trying to continue on with her life. The part in the book where it just says October November December. I think it would fit that part very well, just showing her going through the motions completely lifeless at school and at home.
Those blank pages were pretty sad. It said alot.
O-M-G! That was like my favorite part of the book!! I’ve never seen an author do that before!! It was SO powerful!! Its exactly like you said, even though they were just blank pages, they said more than any other part in the book! I could totally identify with that feeling where you’re just so depressed and uninvolved with life that the months go by as quickly as turning a page in a book.
this is a very good song..
though in diapounted coldply arent in the soundtrack…:[[
I kind of like it. It fits right in with the story, which is what I was hoping for on the New Moon soundtrack. The style isn’t really my favorite but I think it will grow on me.
I didnt care for it at all! I couldn’t even finish listening to it! IDK!!! I also dont think this soundtrack will even come close to how great Twilight’s was! But I guess we’ll see!!
BTW!!! I am so angry there are no more tickets left for the New Moon premiere!
I love this song. It mostly fits this book and I feel a personal connection with it. It’s understated and emotive. I still prefer the first Twilight album as it’s more upbeat, much like the book (although New Moon is my fave. out of the saga).
I love the DCFC song for it, but then, I’m a fan of theirs.
I wish they’d put more upbeat or adrenaline filled songs on this soundtrack aswell as emotional, sad songs, to mirror Bella’s moments of ‘hearing’ Edward and the beauty of being with him again, and the wolve’s own adrenaline-fuelled moments. I know the book is angsty and agonising (in a good way), but the soundtrack needed a couple of more upbeat songs.
I can’t wait ’til November!
I like the song… i’ve only listened to it twice though….
