I think what the directer tweeted is more official than the other website that said it was 2 hr and 2 min. If you go on Fandango it also says that the movie is going to be 2 hr and 10 min, which is longer than 2hr and 2min. So i am happy about that.

I’m also excited about the final movie run time of New Moon.
Chris tweeted that it would be 2hr and 10 min.
which is great!! It will be longer than Twilight!!
