Kellan Lutz is on the cover of Doggie Aficionado Magazine. In the magazine he talks about his dog Kola whom he adopted.
Here is what he had to say:
On adopting Kola: “I have always been a huge advocate for saving animals, so I found it fitting, when I was ready for something new in my life, to look around the local animal shelters. . . . She looked me in the eyes, bowed and slowly and softly licked my open hand. As I pet this beautiful dog I realized how soft her multi-colored coat was, and felt her desperation for a real home. Our connection was so strong that it was like fate bringing us together. I knew she was the one. That was three years ago.”
On what he has learned from her: “Kola has taught me to be a man. I hope I have given her some deserved happiness.”
How adorable is he and Kola! It’s just so cute!! Kola is almost as cute as my dog Blake!!!!

That’s great! So glad he is sending a good message. Both my dogs were rescued.
Oh no!! I think I just fell in love w/Kellan! That was beautiful! I can’t have pets where I live. And like Ariana, I’m never home (3jobs). But I hope this opens the door for more animals 2 be rescued.

Awwwww! that’s so cute, it’s really nice that Kellan loves animals like that, I hope this makes people think that if some 1 from tilight dusnt abuse dogs that they don’t either, ih ope he makes a rescue home next
