he can’t tell her because of the treaty but I think he should tell Bella no matter what the treaty says , he loves her right why should he make her try to figure it out by her self. So yeah that just what I think.

He’s not telling Bella the truth because he can’t, it’s one of the rules of being one of the werewolves–to not have anybody else know the secret. Plus, At this moment, he doesn’t even hardly know what’s happening.
