I love Kstew!!! she’s amazing, I have Diabetes so it’s nice that she helped out! <3333
P.S. She was so down to earth in that video!
i’ve always said kristen was SO nice/kind.
i luv her! it’s so nice she helped out!
That’s so kind of her!
again, i am so happy we have such a caring Twilight cast.
I have had type 1 for almost 30 years this next coming may nice to see her volunteer to help. Hard to believe i was diagnosed at 18 months old and how far things have come since still hoping for the cure.
My daughter is type 1 diabetic. She was diagnoised the day after christmas when she was 2 years old. She is now 10 years old and doing great. Thank you Kristen for doing something like this. My husband and I are very impressed by her, not only as an actress but even with the rush of fame she still seems to be very down to earth.
Pretty cool! My little girl is diabetic, so I think that’s awesome.
I think that kristen did something amazing!! My 5 year old cousin has juvinile diabetes and we just resently had a JDRF walk to so i suupport the cause soo much and it is just a great cause. Every child with diabetes has to have special care and this foundation helps out so much so i give anybody and everybody who does any type of children foundation whether it is diabetes or cancer or whatever it may be a GINORMOUS round of applause!!!
she’s really so down to earth person..
that’s why i love her!!!!
My 5 year old son has been a Type 1 diabetic for 2 years. When he was diagnosed we were feeling so helpless…our baby has a disease that does not have a cure.
While my son was sleeping that first night in the hospital, I dropped to my knees, sobbing and asked God to please help my baby, help me, help us.
The next morning one of the diabetes educators came in and introduced us to this charity, JDRF, that was dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes.
This was God’s answer to my prayers. It gave us hope that my son would someday be diabetes-free and we could be a part of that cure.
We have participated in the JDRF walk both years since his diagnosis and our family team has raised over $4,000.
It’s awesome that Kristen is supporting this charity, so that others can learn more about type 1 & 2 diabetes and what they can do to help.
Thanks Kristen, you’re a class-act!
ive just learnd about it in school!
kristen is so cute for helping!
that is so amazing of her. My dad has diabetes, one of my first memories is visiting him in the hospital when he had diabetic ketosis (or something like that)
Morgan I believe you were looking for ketoacidosis.
I’ve been their with my daughter, it is a very very scary side of diabetes. My daughter is a very brittle diabetic, even something as simple as a normal cold has landed her in the hospital.
can’t believe i was there. she was nervous but she did a tremendoue job at speaking to hundreds of people.
oh yeah i was backstage with her and i talked to her for like 10 seconds! THOSE 10 seconds were the best 10 seconds of my life!!!!! I also got 2 photos with her. and some with only her!
