   She never seems to be able to finish her sentences, that’s very…annoying. Who was on the picture? It sound like it was Dakota’s but Kristen was the one to be mad.

     That’s her awkwardness…don’t be mean. It was a picture of Dakota on her 16th birthday, they’re bestfriends so she was mad because Kristen absolutely hates paparazzi.
