The EW has an article talking about Breaking Dawn and it’s director.
Below is some information EW has on who Summit may be looking at for the director of Breaking Dawn:
Yes, it’s still early days, but Summit is trying to up its pedigree for its big-screen adaptation of the final installment of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series. Sources tell EW that the studio has reached out to at least three top-notch directors, including Sofia Coppola (Lost in Translation), Gus Van Sant (Milk), and Bill Condon (Dreamgirls) to gauge their interest in what is likely to be two movies. (Van Sant’s reps confirmed that he’s been approached, but Coppola and Condon’s people didn’t return phone calls by press time. Summit declined to comment.)

If I had to choose a director for Breaking Dawn, it would have to be either James Cameron or Chris Weitz. They seem like the directors who could pull it off. Especially with the graphics.
I would go back to the person who got all this started. Catherine Hardwick.. I think it would be awesome if she did Breaking Dawn..
I think Tim Burton would be pretty cool, it would be interesting to see how it turned out
I think Tim Burton would be pretty cool. He’s awesome and is a good combination THE TWILIGHT SAGA AND BURTON. XD
what about Alfonso Cuarón? he directed the only good “harry potter” film (prisoner of azkaban).
I hope it’s Chris Weitz or James Cameron.
i dont think in a million years James CameronWould do it,lets be real guys…
But i think Chris did a amazing job, he was extremely careful to stay true do the book and for real twihards that’s what counts
Gus van sant that would be very interesting. possibly anton foqua. a long shot would be christopher nolan but he does great action sequences.
i think Catherine Hardwick should do it she did that first one. and should of done them all
i think Catherine Hardwick should do it, she did that first one. And should of done them all. she knew just what Stephenie Meyer’s wanted in her movies and to really capture the books details
no she did’nt the fist movie sucks
Tbh i do mot care just the fact that they might do BD is freaking AWESOME!!!!
My fave books are Eclipse and Breaking Dawn so!!!!!!!!! i am on cloud NINE
i think Peter Jackson should do it he did very good with lord of the rings
there are only 2 people i can think of that could direct Breaking Dawn the way it should be done and that is either Catherine Hardewick or Drew Barrymore. Either one of these 2 women could really bring out the extreme emotion that Breaking Dawn really is about.
i think braking drawn should be 2 films better that way is will get more information in becuse the book is big
i think peter jackson or tim burton should do it
I don’t care I just want it to be good!
