Personally I thought Kristen’s skirt was crazy cool, but I wasn’t digging Ashley’s outfit much. But hey I’m no expert I think jeans and a t-shirt are cool and stylish LOL!!

How to make Bella’s birthday cake from New Moon

InStyle Magazine has an article on how to make Bella’s birthday cake from the New Moon trailer.

Here ya go:

1. Cover each cake tier with a “mask” of white fondant [a thick, malleable icing]. Stack tiers from largest to smallest.
2. Separate one package of fondant into 5 batches. Use food coloring to tint each batch a different shade of green.
3. Roll each batch of fondant into a thin sheet and cut into strips of varying width.
4. Attach the strips around each tier using stiff royal icing as glue.
5. Place red, yellow and green Gerbera daisies around the bottom of each tier.

Information on Twilight Guide’s Birthday Celebration

Twilight Guide is celebrating it’s one year anniversary tomorrow, August 8th. We are a success because of all of you. So to celebrate we are giving away stuff to our readers YEAH!!!!

I’m posting this information today so everyone will know what times things will be going on tomorrow and can follow us on Twitter if you aren’t already.

Here is what we have planned for tomorrow:

First off:
We are going to be giving away an Edward Cullen figure. Starting at midnight on August 8th to midnight on August 9th we will be having a contest for an Edward Cullen figure. All you have to do is enter your name and email in the drawing for a chance to win. The Entry box will be posted when the contest starts.

Second:
We will be having 6 different Twitter contests. We will be giving away a couple Twilight pin sets, Twilight bag clips and Team Edward and Team Jacob rubber bracelets.
Here are the approximate times the Twitter contests will happen:

1 p.m.
3 p.m.
5 p.m.
7 p.m.
9 p.m.
11 p.m.

Check out our Twitter around these times. You will have to answer a question we post and the first one to answer correctly wins. The email address you have to send the answer to will be provided when we ask the question.

MTV fan correspondent TwiCon report

Fara Madi won the opportunity to be MTV’s guest reporter at TwiCon in Dallas. In an article at MTV she talks about her experience at the TwiCon event in Dallas on the floor checking out all the Twilight related merchandise. You can read the article here to get all the details.

Arson at Forks High School

Forks Forum has an article about arson at Forks High School.

Apparently a planter box located near the Forks High School Spartans sign was set on fire early Monday morning. The sign is a popular photo spot for Twilight fans.

The Forks police department says they have a “person of interest” in the case.

That’s just sad. I don’t understand why anyone would won’t to burn anything down.
