The 5 Best Twilight MTV Movie Awards Moments to-Date

Best Kiss Wins

Of course, the most memorable aspect of the past three years of Twilight and the MTV Movie Awards for many fans is probably the three “Best Kiss” wins. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have absolutely owned this category (and are nominated for it again this year), and each year, they’ve found new and creative ways to accept. In 2009 (video here), they lined themselves up to repeat the intense first kiss scene between “Edward” and “Bella” in Twilight and then pulled away at the last moment, and then in 2010 (video here), they experimented with what on-camera kissing looks like without the help of filmmakers. Needless to say, that didn’t work out too well, and Stewart ended up shoving Pattinson away (jokingly, of course). Then last year – after being dejected by Stewart on-stage twice, in a manner of speaking – Pattinson went and planted one on Taylor Lautner, who was also nominated for the award for his kiss with Kristen Stewart in Eclipse (video here). If they win in this category again this year, there’s no telling what they’ll come up with.

Can you tell me why someone should go see “Cowgirls n’ Angels”?

I think people should go out and give “Cowgirls n’ Angels” a try because it’s heartfelt and sincere. It’s different than anything else out there. There’s a lot of films that claim to be family-oriented and they aren’t. They’re boring or not something people can really enjoy. It doesn’t have a unique story.

There’s this sense of empowerment for not just girls or women but for family in “Cowgirls n’ Angels.” You get the idea that there is a great connection when you have family. It’s not just the family you’re born into, but it’s the family you make. The family you make are your friends and the people you choose to bring into your lives.

I think that’s something that “Cowgirls n’ Angels” really explores. That’s what I really loved about the script and what I think people are going to love about the film.
