The book also includes the history of Forks, Wash., — the town where her stories take place. The addendum was informative and actually a nice bit of trivia for Twihards: Did you know that the city of Forks was almost destroyed by a fire in 1951? Makes you wonder if a vampire-werewolf skirmish spilled out into the public…or not.

We just received an email with some pages from the Female Force: Stephenie Meyer comic book.
The Stephenie Meyer issue of Female Force will cover her biography and rise to stardom as the author of Twilight. There is a regular version and a bonus edition that includes the history of Forks, WA. The comic is available for pre-order from TFAW. Check it out here.
