The Wolf Pack and Edi Gathegi at Twilight New Jersey Convention

MTV has some more coverage of the Twilight Convention in New Jersey. This time they talk about the Q&A session with wolf pack members Kiowa Gordon, Alex Meraz and Chaske Spencer.
Here is an excerpt from the article:
“I decided, all right, the Wolf Pack stay up all night looking for who’s killing people on the res, so we don’t sleep very much. So I thought it would be a great idea if I stayed up for 10 days straight.” What should have been a simple scene — a confrontation between Bella (Stewart) and the Wolf Pack — became, in Meraz’s mind, his “Brando moment.” Wanting to try something different, the actor played the scene overly aggressive: screaming, grabbing Stewart by the throat, hurtling his line at her.

MTV also has an article talking about Edi Gathegi’s Q&A session at the convention. You can read that article here.
Here is an excerpt from the article:
When asked whether his character’s penultimate showdown was more of a fight or a chase, Gathegi remained mostly mum, but did concede that it was hard acting with something that wasn’t there. “We basically acted with a man holding a piece of cardboard shaped like a cow. So when you see the movie, look at my eyes and [decide], is he seeing a cow or is he seeing a wolf?”
New Jersey Twilight Convention – Gil Birmingham

MTV has another article about the Twilight Convention in New Jersey. This time is all about Gil Birmingham. They talk about his Q&A session.
You can read the entire article here.
Here is a little excerpt from the article, Gil is so funny:
Gil Birmingham is a jokester, and the proof is in the improvisation. Birmingham’s wisecracking “Twilight” character Billy Black has several choice one-liners throughout the film, a few of which Birmingham said he made up on the spot. “Being down with the kids, keepin’ it real — that’s all Gil Birmingham, folks, channeling Billy Burke,” the 43-year-old actor told the oft-laughing audience during his 45-minute Q&A session at the official “Twilight” convention in Parsippany, New Jersey.
And to the audience’s delight, the jokes flew both ways. At one point, following a flirtatious exchange about taking his shirt off, Birmingham was asked by an audience member about his bigger part in “New Moon,” to which he replied, “Am I bigger?” A quick-thinking woman in the auditorium then shot back, “Let’s see.”
New Jersey Twilight Convention – Catherine Hardwicke

MTV was at the New Jersey Twilight Convention going on this weekend and posted a short article about Catherine Hardwicke’s Q&A session. You can read the entire article here.
Here is a little of what Catherine said:
The director also confirmed that her love for long hair almost led to Edward have lengthy locks, but Robert was so uncomfortable when he wore hair extensions that they decided to nix the idea. I think they made the right decision — can you imagine Edward or Robert without his perfectly messy short hairdo? “Twilight” just wouldn’t be the same!
