The Deluxe Edition is the same as the Special Edition but also includes a bonus disc with never before seen footage and different cover art. Also included is a limited edition film cell. Film cells are taken from the actual 35mm film which run in movie theaters.

New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition DVD & Blu-ray
This Ultimate Edition includes unique cover art with lenticular packaging plus 50 minutes of extras and a 7-minute sneak peek of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The sneak peek has interviews with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, and Stephenie Meyer; behind-the-scenes footage and a scene from the Eclipse movie.

It includes everything that is included in the Special Edition plus a 3rd disc with never before seen content (don’t know what exactly) and a film cell.
