Twilight Graphic Novel Volume 2 Available for Pre-Order

After a very long wait, the Twilight Graphic Novel Volume 2 is available for pre-order at Amazon. The graphic novel will complete the Twilight story and is once again wonderfully illustrated by Young Kim. It will be 240 pages long and is set to be released on October 11th. So made a post just a few minutes ago about my Twilight Graphic Novel, so excited about it, well USA Today has an article about it.

They talk with people associated with the graphic novel adaptation and how Stephenie Meyer put her input into it.

“When it comes to really seeing Stephenie Meyer’s personal vision of the Twilight property, this is as close an opportunity there is to accomplishing that,” says Yen’s Kurt Hassler. “Stephenie was very specific and has very clear images of what the characters look like in her head.”

Meyer likes what she sees in Kim’s depictions of sexy teen vampire Edward Cullen and Bella Swan, the girl he loves. She writes in the introduction that seeing Kim’s drawings “brought me back to my first Twilight experience … suddenly I would be feeling all the same things I felt that first summer while I was writing their (Edward and Bella’s) story.”

Twilight Graphic Novel

WooHoo!!!

I got my Twilight Graphic Novel today in the mail!!!
So excited I love Graphic Novels and now I have Twilight!!!
I pre-ordered it as soon as it was available and today was it’s release date and I figured I wouldn’t get it today, but I did.
I’m gonna read it tonight then my step-daughter is gonna read it.

Just realized it was Volume 1 though which sucks now I gotta wait till volume 2 to finish it.
Hope it’s available soon!!!

Twilight Graphic Novel Pics

Entertainment Weekly has more info about the Twilight Graphic Novel. It will have a 1st printing of 350,000 copies and is comic book version of Twilight. Stephenie Meyer was involved to help make sure it will be faithful to the story and an accurate graphic interpretation of Twilight. This weeks EW magazine will have a 10 page excerpt and the full Stephenie Meyer Q&A. You can read more about it here.
